Wild Pink will gladly accept returns of fully priced, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise for a store credit (wild Pink E-Gift Card) within 7 days from the date your order shipped. Items must not contain an excessive amount of human or animal hair and must not contain any smoke smell. Items that do not meet these requirements will be subject to denial.Β
Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer CareΒ within 3 DAYS of delivery.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items

The cost of return shipping, $5 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit (Wild Pink E-Gift Card)
NO LOCAL PICKUP:
If no local pickup is completed, after 90 days the customer will be offered to purchase shipping and if the offer is declined, the customers products will be placed back on shelf. No refund after 90 days is given.Β
Defective Items
If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care,Β veronicaelira@gmail.com, within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping.
How Long will it take to process a return?Β
Please allow 5-10 business days once we receive your return, to be processed. You will then receive an email confirmation with an e-credit gift card once your return is complete.Β
Delays with US postal service or UPS shipping. Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please google UPS Claims Support or USPS Claims Support.Β
